Do I need an account to use PLOT?

Yes. The Free tier is no-cost and no-card, but you do need to create an account (email + password, or a magic link). Your projects then sync across devices via the cloud, so you can open a plan from your laptop and finish it on your phone in the paddock. Free covers up to 2 projects with up to 10 layers each, enough to map one property end to end (boundary, fences, dams, water, paddocks, sheds).

How much is Pro?

Pro is A$19/mo or A$190/yr (annual billing is two months free). It lifts the layer cap to unlimited, raises the project ceiling to 20, and adds version history and sharing editable maps with collaborators. The thing that bites on Free is layers, not project count, so Pro is the upgrade once your one property outgrows ten layers.

What is Pro+?

Pro+ is A$39/mo or A$390/yr (annual is two months free). It removes the project ceiling entirely (unlimited projects and layers) and earns its price with deliverables: branded, embeddable shareable plans, so the plan you hand a contractor or a council carries your own look and can be embedded on a site. Priority support is included.

How does Team pricing work?

Team is A$25 per seat per month, or A$250 per seat per year (two months free), with a minimum of 3 seats. Everything is unlimited, and Team adds shared team access: group your projects into teams and align users to teams so the whole team can view and edit those projects together, rather than scattering one-off invites across personal accounts.

What does Enterprise add beyond Team?

Enterprise keeps everything unlimited and the shared team access from Team, then adds white-label and per-deployment options handled as a custom contract. It also covers EU-only data residency on request, and SSO/SAML. Contact sales to scope it.

What does annual billing save me?

Annual is priced at ten months for twelve, so you get two months free versus paying monthly. Pro is A$190/yr, Pro+ is A$390/yr, and Team is A$250 per seat per year. Switch the toggle above the plans to compare.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from your Billing screen, then Manage subscription. Paid features stay active until the end of the current billing period. We don't auto-charge cancelled subscriptions and we don't make cancellation a phone call.

What happens to my projects if I downgrade to Free?

Your projects stay. The satellite imagery is unchanged (every tier sees the same Maxar Vivid) and paid-only features (version history and sharing) become read-only. Free covers up to 2 projects with up to 10 layers each; if you are over those limits your existing projects stay readable, and you will be prompted to upgrade before you can create new ones past the limit. Any maps you had shared for editing flip to view-only for collaborators. No data is deleted.

How many projects and layers can I have?

Free covers up to 2 projects with up to 10 layers each. Pro raises that to 20 projects with unlimited layers. Pro+, Team, and Enterprise are unlimited on both. We gate on layers and sharing, not project count, because a property owner keeps only a project or two for life but a single property easily runs past ten layers.

Can Free users view maps shared with them?

Yes. Anyone with a Free account can open a map shared with them and view the plan in full, including layer toggles and feature details. Creating shares and granting edit access is a paid feature, and that split is how the paid tiers pay for the planning surface that Free uses freely.

What are photo pins?

A photo pin drops a marker on a spot on your map, saves the camera view, and can carry a photo, so you can tap to fly straight back to it and see what is actually on the ground. They are how you tie a plan to the real paddock: mark a dam wall, a fence repair, a new shed slab. Creating photo pins is a paid feature. Pro gets 5 per project, Pro+ and Team get 20 each, and Enterprise is unlimited. Anyone a project is shared with, including Free accounts, can see the pins and their photos and tap to fly to them.

Do you offer education or non-profit pricing?

Yes. Tell us about your use case via the contact form on the homepage. Verified land-trust, conservation, indigenous-land-management, and rural-extension non-profits get a meaningful discount.

Where is my data stored?

Your account data is hosted in Australia (Sydney region) and your projects are stored securely in the cloud. Enterprise customers can request EU-only data residency. Full details on the privacy page.

Can I export my data and leave?

Yes. Your Account screen, then Download my data, exports a ZIP with every project, your account profile, and your billing history. The ZIP includes a machine-readable account.json. Right-to-portability is built in.
